We are delighted to announce that we have secured the contract to deliver £10m of internal refurbishment work for Gloucester City Homes over a 5-year period. The contract will see us deliver central heating installations, rewires, kitchen and bathroom replacements and disabled adaptations to occupied homes. Alongside keeping everyone safe, we will focus on minimising disruption to residents, resident liaison and communication, and delivering on time, defect free.
