Vince Bradbury joins MD Group as Operations Director straight from heading up a large, national roofing company. He previously led the largest Health & Safety company in the UK and has a strong understanding of both FM and the social housing building maintenance sector. Vince is also a well-respected figure in the security sector as he was responsible for stepping in and resolving the challenging security requirements of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Vince is delighted to be joining MD Group and commented: “I believe in social housing and I believe that keeping such homes in good repair is an important job that sometimes gets under-estimated. I’m impressed by MD Group’s commitment to do more than get the basics right for clients. I believe I can play an important part in ensuring that the company continuously improves and adds more and more value to tenants and local communities as well as to housing providers”.
Jane Nelson, Managing Director of MD Group, commented: “We are lucky to be having Vince join us. Our operations will benefit from the focus he will bring to a wide range of areas including enhancing our day-to-day repairs offering as well as other practical areas such as working at heights and health and safety. Vince tells me that he believes in “treating every penny as if it’s our own” and both MD and our clients will benefit from that commercial rigour”.
MD Group is grateful for the excellent work of Richard Perry who has acted as Interim Operations Director for the last few months. Richard has been responsible for embedding a standardised operational approach across contracts and branches with a focus on delivering the bespoke needs of each client. MD Group is pleased to say that Richard will continue to work for MD as a Regional Director.
